Garrett Services & Co. provides professional exterior cleaning and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- House washing and soft washing
- Roof cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Window cleaning
- Holiday lighting installation and removal
- Deck and patio cleaning
3. Service Agreements
All services are provided subject to availability and acceptance by Garrett Services & Co. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Service agreements and pricing are established through quotes and confirmed bookings. Prices are subject to change based on property conditions and service requirements.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Garrett Services & Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Property Access and Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and clear access to all areas requiring service. This includes removing fragile items, securing pets, and notifying us of any special considerations. Garrett Services & Co. is not responsible for damage to items that were not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.
7. Liability and Warranty
Garrett Services & Co. is fully insured and committed to providing quality service. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or surfaces
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from defective or deteriorated materials
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning only
8. Weather and Service Delays
Exterior services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to postpone services due to inclement weather, including rain, extreme temperatures, or high winds. We will make every effort to reschedule services as soon as conditions permit.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Garrett Services & Co. website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Garrett Services & Co. and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
11. Privacy

12. Changes to Terms
